Jack Pettit is the Principal Consultant of Pettit Human Capital, LLC.

Jack has over 30 years experience in Human Resources having worked in the Financial Services, Transportation, Medical Device and the Pharmaceutical industries. He began his career working in the compensation planning and design area where he created and managed short and long term incentive plans, salary administration and job classification systems, market based pay systems and sales incentive plans. His career also included working as a Human Resources Business Partner to various business line organizations where he was responsible for recruiting,  performance management and employee engagement initiatives. He received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Rutgers University.
